Meet the family
Maureen and David Edwards have owned Roscarrack House since 1995. Along with their dedicated team, they have built an excellent reputation in the Falmouth area, creating a true ‘home from home’ atmosphere for all residents.
In 2012, they stepped back from the day-to-day running of the home, allowing the next generation of the family to continue their work. Their daughter, Lisa Browne, is the Registered Manager, and their granddaughter, Jessica Kiszczuk, is the Deputy Manager, ensuring the same warmth, care, and personal attention remains at the heart of Roscarrack House.

Roscarrack House has a loyal and long-standing team of staff, many of whom have been with us for years. They are passionate and dedicated to providing the highest standard of care, ensuring continuity and familiarity that our residents truly value.
We are committed to keeping our staff up to date with changing procedures and legislation through a continuous training programme, so that every member of our team can deliver safe, compassionate, and personalised care at all times.
